zidane mi amor..porke???

uish why did i wrote in spanish (konon)..coz i only know a couple of french words..and they dont include 'sayang' and 'kenapa'...gelak guling2 atas lantai..not even in my dream can i call him sayang...yewwww..
thats not the thing i wanna ramble on...this is just a delayed reaction to the world cup final match..everybody knows the Azzuris won..viva italia!!truly i have a mix feeling about France and Italy..i love them both i couldnt quite choose which side i wanted to be on.whateva it is..the match left me shocked for a couple of days...from the minute the gorgeous Henry stayed down after his head injury...looking at his face at that time...i frantically prayed him not to be the next miklos feher..if that happened i dont think i'll watch football ever again.
then..when the 'Zidane' incident happened..my eyeballs popped out for full 20 minutes..i was really sad..i hope there really was a good reason for his action..THERE MUST BE!i believe he is a man with good judgement...Materazzi must have done something that had crossed the line to infuriate him..
a blogger attributed Zidane's reaction to anger...and he wrote a good piece on anger management..so here goes..
....Here are some techniques to develop this rare form of strength and cope with anger:
Make a habit of taking that oh so difficult first step away from the situation, person, email or phone call that incites your wrath. Walk the other direction, turn off your phone, shut down your computer. It’s always worth it.
“If you are patient in 1 moment of anger you will avoid 100 days of sorrow.” -Zen proverb
Kill ‘em with kindness. Tell the person who pisses you off how much you love them. Tell the person who drives you nuts how much you appreciate their testing your “strength.” Tell the person who makes you crazy that no matter how mad, you won’t pull a “Zidane.”
“As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate.” –Albert Schweitzer
Open your heart…literally. The yogis believe that even a basic backbend opens the heart evoking love. Be your own hero next time you face the three-headed monster (anger, greed, lust). Take a step back, interlace your hands behind your back, let the chest and heart protrude slightly forward, and take a few deep breaths. This will instantly open the heart and dissipate anger.
